The following refund policy applies to purchases made on our site, processed through Stripe or PayPal.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available if the product has a significant defect, if the product description clearly differs from the actual item, or if the item was damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging. To request a refund for these reasons, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving the product.
Refund Process
Refund requests are processed as follows based on the payment method used:
For Stripe Payments: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated directly to the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase. Stripe processes refunds within 5 to 10 business days after the request is confirmed.
For PayPal Payments: Approved refunds will be issued to your PayPal account. Depending on PayPal’s processing times, the refund may take a few hours to several business days to reflect in your account.
In both cases, the item must be returned before the refund is issued. Please follow the return instructions provided by our customer support.
Scope of Refund
Refunds are limited to the product price and, if applicable, shipping costs. Fees incurred by the buyer, such as customs duties or import taxes for international shipping, are not eligible for refund.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
Cancellations or returns due to the buyer’s preferences (e.g., the item does not match expectations, incorrect size).
Returns based on information provided in the product description.
