Thank you for using ARISORA. When you sell products on our platform, we charge a commission of 10% of the selling price.
Why Do We Charge a Commission?
Covering Operational Costs:
The commission helps cover the costs associated with running the site, maintaining the system, implementing security measures, and improving user experience. ARISORA values technology and is committed to continuous improvement.
Marketing and Advertising Expenses:
The commission supports our promotional activities. Although we are a small company, we believe in ARISORA’s potential as a platform that connects Japan with the world. We aim to increase our visibility and reach more users globally.
Enhancing Support Services:
The commission contributes to strengthening our support system for both sellers and buyers. By enhancing customer support, we can respond quickly to any issues that may arise.
Examples of Commission Application
Example 1: If a product sells for ¥1,000, a commission of ¥100 will be charged.
Example 2: If a product sells for ¥5,000, a commission of ¥500 will be charged.
Clear Display of Commission
The commission for each transaction will be clearly displayed during the listing process, throughout the transaction, and in the final statement after the transaction is complete. We are committed to providing sellers with accurate and transparent information.
Commissions are essential for us to provide better services to both sellers and buyers, and they are used to support the growth of ARISORA. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer support team.
