Domestic Shipping in Japan
The shipment will first undergo an inspection by the ARISORA office in Japan before being sent overseas, prior to customs processing. After a purchase is made, the seller will receive a shipping request. You can choose between pickup or bringing-in (at a convenience store, etc.) and must complete the shipping process within the specified shipping date.
International Shipping
Currently, ARISORA handles international shipping through FedEx. As a general rule, we do not offer Surface (sea freight) shipping, and all items are delivered by air.
Customs Duties and Related Fees:
Depending on your destination and the nature and value of the items, you may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Fees and restrictions vary by country, and ARISORA cannot provide estimates in advance, so we recommend that buyers check customs regulations before shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time for Orders:
After logging in, you can check the estimated delivery date for items on the product page. This estimate is automatically calculated based on your location and the seller’s specified shipping time.
